We want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and unopened
- Items must be returned in their original condition
- All packaging, tags, and labels must remain intact and undamaged
- The product must be returned exactly as it was received
Please note that, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or worn.
Starting a Return
To request a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return.
Once approved, we will provide you with full return instructions.
Additional Information
- Returns that do not meet the above requirements may be declined
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
